Yes! The silicone we use is premium grade and is similar to everyday products such as silicone baking sheets, spatulas, cupcake tins, baby bottle nipples, and more. Here's a Forbes article with a little more insight if you're curious.

Ignite the lighter as you draw from the pipe as there is limited oxygen in the smoking chamber to prevent overheating and weather interference. As you draw into the pipe, the flame will arc into the pipe and fresh air will come in the finger holes to keep it lit.

The Nomad was designed to fit in pockets of day-packs, attached with a carabiner, and inside of most jackets' inner pocket as we knew you'd want it to be nice and close for any and all occasions. The dimensions are roughly 6" x 3" x 1.5".

Mini lighters cannot be shipped with our product, so you'll need to pick one up at one of the many nearby gas stations, convenient stores, or smoke shops.

The Nomad is made with premium grade silicone and is 100% dishwasher safe, so just disassemble your product and put it in the dishwasher for a fresh new look! The rough backside of a kitchen sponge can easily remove the more rooted debris. *Watch our video outlining the cleaning process.

The Nomad was designed to be completely ambidextrous, no matter if you're left handed or right, you'll still be able to chase the "Stoke" at full throttle.

The Nomad was designed for use in inclement weather, If it is raining, snowing, or windy, simply fit the cap into the finger hole that's not being used while the product is in use and airflow will be restricted to just what's needed.

NOPE! Although every Nomad purchased online is shipped in a durable dry bag, it's intended to hold electronics or other valuables, and there are multiple internal sealing points within the Nomad intended to keep the inside dry so your product can remain easily accessible wherever, whenever. The Nomad is fine if it falls in the water for a second, but should not be kept in or under water. If your Nomad does fall in the water you should open it up and check to see if any water penetrated the seals. If some did just leave you Nomad open to air dry. Be careful about bringing it too deep or submerging for too long, however.

The Nomad is primarily made of silicone with two anodized aluminum components which allows our product to be shock resistant and won't break from a simple (or extravagant) drop. However, if you are pushing the "Stoke" further than ever before and the Nomad does break, please Contact Us regarding our lifetime warranty program.

There are separate policies for hard goods and apparel. All smoking product purchases are non-refundable, although we do offer a limited lifetime warranty for broken parts. Apparel is eligible for return only upon manufacturer defect. Please Contact Us if you have noticed a manufacturer defect and we will provide detailed instructions from there.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday and your product will be shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time can vary based on where you live but most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days of ordering.

Please Contact Us with your order number in the subject line. For clothing we will replace if there is a manufacturing defect with the apparel upon receipt. We must be contacted within 15 days of expected delivery and receive a photo of the damage, as we want to make sure you are satisfied.
